    All I can say is WOW! Flowers and Things really delivered the most amazing arrangement. I asked for a tasteful arrangement in their choice of available flowers and they really hit it out of the ball park. From the delightful young lady who took my order over the phone to the delivery of the arrangement, they are top notch. They even sent me a pic of the arrangement before they delivered it to ensure I was happy. If I could give them 600 stars I would. I will certainly keep them on my list of florists. Professional from start to finish.

    Dropped by Flowers and Things to order an arrangement for my wife to celebrate our 55th (Emerald) wedding anniversary. My clerk was not certain what that would be, but we toured the inventory looking for green, green, and more green, with white and yellow blossoms to accent. On May 9th, promptly at the agreed upon time, the flowers were delivered. The arrangement was gorgeous and my wife thrilled. Today, more than 2 weeks later, the greens are still bright. Flowers and Things, they are the best!

The flowers were fresh, and the arrangement was beautiful! They also added the requested flowers to the designer arrangement I ordered. My mom loved the flowers!     I would love to give 5 stars but I cant. The flowers always look amazing and are delivered on time when I order. The only thing holding back from 5 stars is the special instructions when I order. I requested that specific colors and sometime roses be left out of an arrangement as my girlfriend doesnt like pink or roses. And everytime the flowers include that color/flower. I can understan they have limited flowers in inventory. I would have liked a phone call to even acknowledge the request. Other than that this place is amazing and I highly recommend it!

    By far the most beautiful arrangement I have ever received! What impressed me was how full the arrangement was all around. Usually arrangements like this are flat in the back with all the best flowers bunched together in the forefront. These were strategically placed all around the vase with flowers and bulbs selected carefully so that it can be a true centerpiece. They were not stingy and each flower was very healthy, big and beautiful in bloom or in bulb. It was obvious the arrangement was made with pride and with an expert eye. I was really impressed!

    I live in CA and my mom lives in Rio Rancho. It was the day before her birthday, I called in and ordered a bouquet from their website and requested some minor adjustments. Not only did they deliver the bouquet with less than 24 hours’ notice AND in dangerous driving conditions they completely went above and beyond with the final product!     I emailed Flowers & Things around 5pm asking if they would be able to deliver a bouquet to my sister's work in Abq the next day in a specific time window to ensure that my sister would get it. They were more than happy to make the arrangement and deliver it in the time that I wanted on such short notice. My sister LOVED the flowers and Flowers & Things added special touches according to the email I sent them. They were a pleasure to work with and I will definitely be using them again.
